Terms of Service
These terms describe the baseline rules for using DATAROCKS, connecting data sources, and operating your workspace responsibly.
Using DATAROCKS
DATAROCKS provides analytics, reporting, and optimization tooling for commerce and performance marketing teams. You agree to use the platform lawfully, keep your account information accurate, and avoid attempting to disrupt or misuse the service.
You are responsible for the data sources, ad accounts, and integrations connected to your workspace, including confirming that you have the right to connect them and share that data with your team.
Accounts and access
Keep your login credentials secure and restrict workspace access to authorized users only. If you become aware of unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify the DATAROCKS team promptly so the account can be protected.
We may suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect the platform, investigate abuse, respond to legal obligations, or prevent material risk to other customers.
Data and availability
Platform insights depend on third-party APIs, ad networks, analytics tools, and ecommerce systems. Temporary delays, missing historical data, API quota issues, or upstream outages may affect freshness or completeness.
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation at all times. Planned maintenance, infrastructure incidents, and provider-side failures can occasionally impact service behavior.
Commercial terms
Paid plans, billing terms, and service limits are governed by your active subscription or order form. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
If a subscription lapses or payment fails, access to premium capabilities may be limited until the account is brought back into good standing.
Liability and updates
To the extent permitted by law, DATAROCKS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, lost business opportunities, or third-party platform changes outside our control.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
